This policy explains what personal information Yashtrology collects when you use yashtrology.com and its services (tools.yashtrology.com, consult.yashtrology.com, learn.yashtrology.com and shop.yashtrology.com), and how we use and protect it.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and mobile number.
• Birth details: date, time and place of birth, which are needed to prepare charts, reports and readings.
• Your questions and any details you share for a consultation or report.
• Order details for the shop, including your delivery address.
• Consultation call recordings, where recording is enabled for your call.
• Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, kept for security and to keep the service working.

How we use it

• To sign you in by OTP, prepare your reports, run your consultation and deliver your orders.
• To send booking confirmations, reminders and service messages by SMS, email or WhatsApp.
• To answer your questions and provide support.
• To prevent fraud and keep our sites secure.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and are not stored by Yashtrology. We only receive the payment status and reference number.

Service providers we use

We share only the information each provider needs to do its job:

• Razorpay (payments), MSG91 (OTP and SMS), Agora (voice calls), our email provider, and Hostinger (website hosting).
• Courier partners, for shop deliveries (name, phone and address).
• Google Fonts, which loads the fonts used on our pages.

Consultation recordings

When a call is recorded, the recording is stored privately and is available only to you (in “My bookings”) and to Yashwant Sinha. It is not published or shared. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies, such as the one that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep data

We keep your information while your account is active and as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

In line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to contact@yashtrology.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Age

Our services are meant for people aged 18 and above. A minor may use them only with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian.

Security

We use secure (https) connections, OTP sign-in and restricted access to stored data. No online service can be completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
