Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every client to feel fairly treated. This policy explains cancellations, rescheduling and refunds for each Yashtrology service.

Consultations (consult.yashtrology.com)

• Reschedule: you can reschedule once, free of charge, if you ask at least 12 hours before your slot.
• Cancel 24 hours or more before the slot: full refund.
• Cancel less than 24 hours before the slot: no refund, but one free reschedule is offered.
• Missed call (no-show): no refund.
• If we cancel, or the call cannot happen because of a technical problem on our side: you choose a full refund or a new slot.
• Instant calls: once the call has started, no refund is possible.
• Time lost because your own connection dropped is not refunded; the timer pauses while you reconnect.

Reports and tools (tools.yashtrology.com)

• Reports are digital and prepared from your birth details, so they cannot be returned once generated or delivered.
• If a report fails to generate or is not delivered, we will fix it or refund you in full.
• Please check your birth details carefully before paying. We can correct a report once for an error in the details you entered.

Courses (learn.yashtrology.com)

• Once course access is granted, refunds are not available, except for duplicate payments or a technical problem we cannot fix.

Shop (shop.yashtrology.com)

• Cancel before dispatch: full refund.
• Damaged, defective or wrong item: tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos and an unboxing video, and we will replace it or refund you.
• For hygiene and energetic reasons, used or opened ritual items cannot be returned otherwise.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice, or money was deducted but your booking or order was not confirmed, write to us and the extra amount will be refunded in full.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
