These terms apply when you use yashtrology.com and its services: Tools (tools.yashtrology.com), Consult (consult.yashtrology.com), Learn (learn.yashtrology.com) and Shop (shop.yashtrology.com). By using them or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

About us

Yashtrology is founded and run by Yashwant Sinha and is an Udyam Registered MSME in India.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be 18 or older, or use the services with a parent's or guardian's consent.
• You sign in with an OTP sent to your mobile number. Keep your phone and account secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Please give correct details, especially birth date, time and place. Readings and reports depend on them.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and are shown before you pay.
• Payments are made online through Razorpay. A booking or order is confirmed only after payment succeeds.
• Coupon codes are subject to their own validity and usage limits.

Consultations

• Calls are private voice calls in your browser. You need a working internet connection and microphone.
• Each call lasts for the booked duration. The timer runs only while both sides are connected, and the call ends when the booked time is used.
• Calls may be recorded so that you can listen again. The recording is private (see our Privacy Policy).
• Please be on time. A missed slot is treated as described in our Refund Policy.
• We may decline or end a session if the conduct is abusive or unlawful.

Reports, tools and courses

• Reports, course material and other content are for your personal use only. They may not be copied, resold or published without written permission.
• All content, designs, logos and the Yashtrology name belong to Yashtrology / Yashwant Sinha.
• Course access is personal and may not be shared.

Shop orders

Product images are for illustration; natural items such as crystals and herbs may vary slightly in colour, size and shape. Delivery times are estimates. Returns and cancellations follow our Refund Policy.

Nature of the service

Astrology, tarot and numerology offer guidance and perspective. They do not guarantee any outcome, and they are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Please read our Disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Yashtrology is not liable for decisions you make based on a reading, report or course, or for any indirect loss. Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in India.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
